Scope

These terms govern your use of Smoasters, a B2B fulfilment platform operated by Social Ecosystems AG, and any services you order through it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Services

Smoasters connects coffee roasters with equipment manufacturers and handles storage, pick and pack, shipping and related fulfilment. The exact scope of your plan and the services included are set out when you sign up.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must let us know promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. Accounts are for business use only.

Orders and fulfilment

When an order is placed through your store, we store the relevant stock, pick, pack and ship it to your customer on your behalf. Delivery times and carriers depend on the destination and the warehouse handling the order.

Pricing and payment

Plan fees and per order fulfilment charges are shown before you commit. Fees are billed on the terms of your plan. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required.

Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the period in which the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms or our services from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of Smoasters after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that say otherwise.
