Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Every plan is monthly with no minimum term. Start free, upgrade when it pays, downgrade or cancel whenever you like.
How does the flat shipping rate work?+
One flat price per parcel within Germany, including DHL, pick and pack, and packaging material. A lower rate is one of the things your subscription buys.
What happens at the order cap?+
Free covers up to 50 orders a month. Premium and Legend lift the cap (limits to be confirmed). If you outgrow a plan, you simply move up a tier.
Is there a minimum term?+
No. Plans are rolling and monthly. The yearly option just bills twelve months at once for two months free.
